AFTERCARE & ENRICHMENT
Our enrichment classes take place during aftercare hours and include engaging options like ukulele, dance, mountain biking, jewelry-making, and more. These hands-on classes give students the chance to explore new interests, build skills, and enjoy time with peers—right on campus—until 5:30pm each day.
Programs are free for students who qualify for the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program, with additional assistance available through the Marin Care Council.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Ross Valley Charter offers free before-care starting at 7:30am, and on-site afterschool care with enrichment classes until 5:30pm. All programs take place on campus in a safe, familiar environment. For families using the Fairfax-San Anselmo Children’s Center, daily van service is available from school to the center—just contact the office to arrange it.
NON-SCHOOL DAY CAMP
Ross Valley Charter partners with Camp Funderblast to offer fun, enriching holiday break camps on our St. Rita’s campus. Up to 30 days each year are free for students who qualify for the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program, as well as for homeless and foster youth. Additional affordable camp options are also available through the Marin YMCA.
EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM
All of RVC’s extended day offerings are part of our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP). These programs are free for students who qualify for Free or Reduced-Price Lunch, as well as for homeless and foster youth, with sliding scale options available for families just above the income threshold.
